    Real estate and corporate transactions. Current clients primarily consist of entrepreneurs, including mixed-use property owners, developers, restaurants caterers, contractors, and retailers. Representation of commercial landlords, tenants, lenders, buyers and sellers in commercial transactions, including leasing, zoning, sales and acquisitions, and buyers and sellers of businesses. Substantial experience in drafting condominium documentation, both new construction and condo conversions, and Planned Unit Development documentation. Significant representation of buyers and sellers of residential real estate including For Sale By Owner.

    • Representation of Borrowers

    I have represented developers in the acquisition of vacant ground ranging from $350,000 to $16,500,000, of existing construction and acted as borrower’s counsel for loans up to $32,500,000, both construction and permanent financing. I’ve represented borrowers with lines of credit ranging from $610,000 to $5,000,000.

    • Leasing

    I have represented both commercial landlords and tenants with retail, office, industrial and mixed use properties leases. I have substantial experience negotiating the purchase and leasing of restaurants.

    • Investment Property Aquisitions and Sales

    I have served as legal counsel for the acquisition and sales of multi-family dwellings, office properties, industrial properties, retail properties, farmland, and sales of pad sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I also have represented numerous residential purchasers.

    • Entity Formation & Structuring

    I have formed numerous corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships for my clients.

    • Business Transactions

    The firm acts as outside general counsel for businesses that do have in-house legal staff, handling contract preparation and negotiation, and entity issues, asset acquisition.

    • Condominium and Planned Unit Developments

    I have drafted numerous condominium declarations, bylaws, rules and regulations, and formulation of condominium associations for both new construction and condominium conversions for both residential and for mixed use. The condominiums have ranged in size from 3 units to 72. I have also drafted many Planned Unit Developments and the Homeowners Association documents associated with them.

    • Tax Abatements

    I have substantial experience dealing with the Office of Property Assessments in association with obtaining new tax identifications number and real estate tax abatements.
